What is Daitoku soy sauce?

Since our establishment in 1909, we have been producing soy sauce using traditional methods and natural brewing.
Daitoku Soy Sauce has three keywords: "organic," "regional," and "tradition" based on the philosophy of "creating food that nurtures life."
We are developing products and implementing various initiatives in line with this.
The many yeasts and microorganisms that live in the storehouse operate freely in the natural temperature according to the four seasons.
A natural process in which microorganisms that mature and adapt to the environment perform metabolic activities according to their own rhythm.
A product made using a time-consuming and time-consuming manufacturing method.
In addition to soy sauce, we also use non-oil dressings made from domestic organic JAS-certified farms.
We offer a wide range of products including fish sauce and gift sets.

Commitment to products
Point1. Use carefully selected raw materials
We carefully select all the raw materials we use. Focusing on domestic raw materials,
No chemical seasonings, preservatives, coloring agents, extracts, or genetically modified ingredients are used.
To this end, we are deepening ties with domestic farmers, fishermen, and brewers.
Point2.Special manufacturing method
We will continue to adhere to the traditional method of making soy sauce, ``natural brewing,'' which does not add temperature to the mash and allows the temperature to change throughout the seasons.
In a soy sauce warehouse covered with solid cedar boards, the mash continues to gently ferment, making a clicking sound.
Many types of yeast and lactic acid bacteria work together with the changing seasons, and the soy sauce is slowly brewed inside the soy sauce cellar.
We will continue to protect the traditional "natural brewing" method of making soy sauce in the face of seasonal temperature changes, and prioritize food safety above all else.
We will continue to protect "creating food that nurtures life."
Point3. Nurturing life with a rich traditional land and lots of love
The land of Tajima in northern Hyogo Prefecture was once home to a variety of living things, but the stork, which stands at the top of the food chain, was once extinct.
In Tajima, we are working to expand agriculture that coexists with storks.
In this way, we brew using soybeans and wheat that are grown while nurturing life.

Nature&Clay

Soap made from mud removed in the process at a company that mines and sells building materials for the day.
I want to make a package that appeals to overseas sales channels and small shops.
Therefore, with a package that influencers can immediately understand the material called clay.
I created it based on the idea that natural things are good.

What is Koshibakei ...

Shiroyama Clay is located in the center of the Tajima area in the northern part of Hyogo prefecture.
It is mined at "Castle Shiroyama".
In ancient times, the ash that erupted from the eruption of water accumulated on the bottom of lakes and the sea,
After that, it was raised in water warmed by underground magma, and was born in the process of becoming the current rock.
Viscous deposits of similar efficacy scattered around the world were created by the harmony of multiple environmental conditions.
It is a valuable substance.

Pull to the front. Also, because "clay" is rich in minerals, it provides the necessary nutrients to the skin.
Allows you to wash it up.
